2. Not Investment Advice
No data, calculation, chart, simulation, or projection provided within the application constitutes investment advice, financial consultancy, or commercial guidance. All tools provided are purely for informational purposes.
3. Accuracy and Currency Disclaimer
Interest rates, minimum payment rates, and legal parameters used in the simulator and other modules may change over time. The application does not guarantee 100% real-time accuracy of the provided data. It is the user's responsibility to verify current rates with the relevant bank before any financial transaction.
4. Data Privacy and Local Storage
Financial records are stored on your device by default. Optional Google Drive sync uploads encrypted backups; online reminders send selected titles, dates, payment status, settings and contact/subscription information to our backend; the live league uses Supabase account, profile and score data. Purchases, advertising and analytics have separate data flows described in the Privacy Policy. The developer cannot be held responsible for data losses due to device loss, malfunction, or browser cache clearing. Ensuring data security is the user's own obligation.
5. Limitation of Liability
The application and its developer accept no legal or criminal liability for any damages arising from the use of the application, incomplete or erroneous data entry, or calculation discrepancies, including missed or delayed payments, bank penalties, credit score drops, or any direct/indirect material and moral damages.
By starting to use the application, you are deemed to have irrevocably read, understood, and declared that all legal/financial responsibility belongs entirely to you.
6. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service
The application may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or force majeure. The user accepts that they do not expect the application to work 100% uninterruptedly at all times. The developer cannot be held liable for any compensation in the event of a technical malfunction or data loss.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The entire design, source code, logos, algorithms, and visual interface of the Okay - Para ve Fırsat Takibi application are the property of Okan Okay & Co. Users may not reverse engineer, copy, or use the application commercially without permission.
8. Right to Change Terms and Services

22. Affiliate Links and External Links
The application may contain links to third-party banks. The user is entirely responsible for transactions made through these links.

The developer cannot be held responsible for any interruption to the application due to natural disasters, war, cyber attacks, or any event beyond the developer's control.

These Terms of Use create a legal bond only between the user and the developer.
31. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use constitute the entirety of the agreement between the user and the developer.
32. Survival of Terms
Even if the user deletes the application from their device, the Intellectual Property Rights, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification provisions shall continue to remain in force.
33. No Fiduciary Relationship
Using the application does not create any partnership or fiduciary relationship between the user and the developer.
34. Electronic Communications and Notification Consent
By digitally accepting these Terms of Use, the user accepts that they have created a legally binding contract without the need for a physical signature.
35. Open Source Libraries
This application may contain open-source software components belonging to third parties. These components are subject to their own license terms.
36. Irrevocable Data Loss
If the application is removed from the device, data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted. It is technically impossible for the developer to recover this data.

43. Third-Party Keyboards and Screen Monitoring
The developer does not provide a guarantee of protection against financial data being copied by third-party keyboard applications or screen recording software.

47. Hardware Compatibility and Operating System Updates
Temporary instabilities that may occur in the application after operating system updates are beyond the developer's control.
48. Anonymous Usage Analytics
When configured and not disabled in Settings, PostHog receives feature events with limited metadata and a pseudonymous device identifier. The default endpoint is in the EU. The app filters named financial and identity fields and disables automatic page capture and session replay. It asks PostHog not to use IP-based analytics; network services can still receive the connection IP address. Disable future analytics in Settings > Anonymous Usage Analytics.
49. Labeling and Naming Responsibility
The user is entirely responsible for the names they give to their cards and spending items.

58. Offline Usage Limits
Calculation errors resulting from delayed data during offline use are entirely the user's risk.
59. No Scraping or Bots
Automatic data scraping or bot use from the application interface is strictly prohibited.
60. Legal Succession
If the legal structure of Okan Okay & Co changes, these Terms of Use will continue to be valid for the new legal entity.
61. Cumulative Liability Cap
The developer's maximum indemnification obligation cannot exceed the total subscription fee paid by the user in the last 12 months. This limit is zero for free version users.
62. Device Resale and Data Transfer
If the device is sold to a third party, the responsibility for deleting the data on the device belongs to the user.
63. Forward-Looking Financial Projections
Future debt burdens and interest projections provided by simulators are entirely hypothetical.
64. App Store Third-Party Beneficiary Rights
Apple Inc. and Google LLC are third-party beneficiaries with the authority to enforce these Terms of Use directly against the user on their own behalf.
65. Shoulder Surfing and Physical Privacy

Heating or battery consumption that may occur in the device during the operation of the application is considered normal.
69. Cryptocurrency and High Volatility
Balance discrepancies arising from instant exchange rate changes in cryptocurrency calculations cannot be considered an error of the application.

73. Legal Invalidity of Screenshots
Screenshots taken from within the application cannot be used as an official document or proof of payment.
74. Malware and Keyloggers on Device

75. System Clock and Date Manipulation
The developer cannot be held responsible for the corruption of installment dates and interest calculations if the device clock is manually changed.
76. Notification Delivery Failure Disclaimer
Notifications may not be sent at all or may be delivered late for any reason. The developer cannot be held responsible for this.
77. Software Latency and Processing Times
The developer is not responsible for the loss of data that could not be saved due to delays during data entry.
78. Name and Brand Similarity Complaints
Bank names defined by users within the application are for personal reference only and there is no commercial connection with the relevant brands.
79. In-App Log Files and Error Records
The security of data in crash logs sent by the user to the support unit depends on the security of the channel through which they are transmitted.

Value losses resulting from the user entering data with the wrong currency selection are outside the developer's scope of responsibility.
88. In-App Search and Filtering Illusions
Damages that may arise when search functions temporarily fail to list some records cannot be attributed to the developer.
89. Opportunity Costs and Indirect Losses
Opportunity cost losses that the user claims to have suffered as a result of the application giving errors cannot be claimed as compensation.
90. Software Memory Leaks
The developer is not responsible for the loss of data that could not be saved as a result of memory leaks that may occur due to the application being open for a long time.
91. Jurisdiction Conflicts and Choice of Law

99. Article Headings of the Agreement
The article headings in these Terms of Use are placed only to improve readability and cannot be used to limit or expand legal interpretation.

The developer's failure to enforce any provision does not mean that they have waived that provision.
101. Burden of Proof
The user claiming that the application made a calculation error is obliged to prove with technical reports that the said error originated from the developer's code.
102. Data Structure and Format Changes
The developer may update the application's data structure without notice. The developer cannot be held responsible for old backup files not opening.
103. Conflict with Advertising and Promotional Materials
In the event of differences between promotional materials in application stores and the final functionality of the application, these Terms of Use shall prevail.
104. Absolute Non-Liability and Irrevocable Waiver of Rights (Absolute Non-Liability)
Above and encompassing all provisions in this agreement; ALL damages, losses, and financial obligations — direct or indirect, material or moral, foreseeable or unforeseeable — that may arise from the use of the application, non-use, malfunction, deletion of data, incorrect calculations, failure to send notifications, or any technical/legal disruption are exclusively the responsibility of the user. Okay Money | Additional terms of use | October 7, 2026
105. Smart Ledger and Personal Records
Account, income, expense, receivable, debt and asset entries in Smart Ledger are for personal tracking. Marking an entry as paid does not execute a bank transaction, collect a debt or mean another person acknowledges a debt.
106. Asset Values and Automatic Prices
Currency, cryptoasset and precious metal prices may come from external sources and may be delayed or cached. Gold and coin values estimate metal content; workmanship, purity, spreads and fees can make actual purchase or sale offers different. Check quantities, units and price sources. Automatic currency refresh and asset valuation are separate; supported holdings can use manual prices.
107. Camera, Receipts and Image Capture
Amounts, dates, currencies, merchants and card matches read from selected or captured images are draft entries. Image recognition runs on the device; review and confirm the fields before saving. A scanned receipt, expense entry or screenshot does not make a payment or replace an official document.
108. Voice Expense Entry
Voice entry uses the device's speech recognition when you start it and may require microphone permission and platform support. Amounts, dates, currencies and cards can be misunderstood. No expense is saved until you review and confirm the draft; a voice command is not a bank payment instruction.
109. Statement Import and Analysis
Rows extracted from supported PDF, CSV or Excel files may be incomplete or incorrect depending on the bank format and file content. Check transaction type, date, amount, currency and card in the import preview. Analysis and generated reports do not replace bank statements, audits or accounting documents.
110. Notification Access and Automatic Entry Rules
Supported Android features can suggest entries from eligible bank notifications through notification access you enable separately. This access does not authorize bank sign-in or money transfers. Automatic entry rules you explicitly enable may save matching purchases without separate confirmation each time; check their scope and resulting records. Disable access in operating system settings and rules in the app.
111. Duplicate Entries and Matching
Manual entries, receipts, statements and notifications may represent the same transaction. Duplicate detection and matching are aids; they do not guarantee that similar entries are identical or that every duplicate is found. Check the outcome of adding, linking and undoing entries.
112. Local and Online Reminders
Local notifications and optional email and web push are separate channels. Enabling online channels sends selected titles, due dates, payment status and delivery information to the server as described in the Privacy Policy; unchanged selection can include all eligible items. Receiving or missing an alert does not verify payment status. Check payment and campaign dates at the original source.
113. Campaign Information and Eligibility
Campaign lists and summaries may be incomplete, delayed or changed. Tracking a campaign does not enroll you with the bank or award a benefit. Before a transaction, verify enrollment, eligible cards, dates, minimum spending, merchant categories and reward limits against the bank's or provider's current terms.
114. Deals, Price Alerts and Affiliate Links
Product prices, stock, discount histories and price alerts are not purchase guarantees or binding offers. Check the final price, shipping, taxes, seller, delivery and returns on the seller's page. Email price alerts require separate account sign-in and recipient verification; enabling them sends the product identifier, target price, currency and verified recipient address to the alert service. Plan and delivery limits may apply. Some external links are affiliate links through which Okay Money may earn revenue on a qualifying purchase. Purchases take place with the seller; Okay Money does not sell or ship the product.
115. Joining the Live Weekly League
Live league participation is optional and requires the relevant sign-in and joining steps. Nicknames, avatars, scores and rankings may be visible to other participants. League scores are not financial credit scores; card balances, transaction details and receipt contents are not shared for the league. Do not put personal contact information in your nickname.
116. League Rules and Fair Use
Scores, daily limits, weekly closing and rankings use the server's current rules and time; offline events count only when accepted. Do not use fake activity, bots, score manipulation, impersonation or offensive nicknames. Events that break the rules may be corrected or excluded; sample rankings are not real participant results.
117. Gamification, Mascots and Badges
Streaks, points, badges, mascots and learning tasks are indicators that support personal habits. They do not create cash, investment returns, bank rewards or transferable rights. You are not expected to spend unnecessarily to maintain points or a streak.
118. Widgets and Quick Actions
Widgets, shortcuts and mascot messages may show the last refreshed data; operating systems can delay updates. Check details in the app for information shown in a widget. Home or lock screen content may be visible to people nearby; choose device privacy settings accordingly.
119. Cloud Backups, Export and Sharing
Optional Google Drive sync stores encrypted app backups in your connected account. Disconnecting does not delete an existing backup. Exported or shared PDF, Excel, CSV and other files may leave your device and may not carry the app backup's encryption protection; check the recipient, file contents and sharing channel.
120. Separate Deletion and Subscription Controls
Clearing local data, deleting a league account, deleting a cloud backup and canceling a store subscription are separate actions. Leaving the league does not delete the account; deleting it removes the identity while anonymous competition records may remain. Disabling online reminders requests cleanup; connection failures may delay it and older copies may require support. Manage subscriptions through the relevant store.
121. Permissions and Data Processing Choices
Accepting these terms does not activate every optional feature or replace separate explicit consent where required for data processing. Camera, microphone, notification access, online reminders, league and cloud connections have their respective controls. Disabling a permission can limit the feature that needs it. The Privacy Policy explains purposes, recipients and request channels.
122. Mandatory Rights Remain Protected
These additional terms do not remove consumer or personal data rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, or exclude liabilities that cannot legally be limited. Feature descriptions do not replace separately required information or consent.
123. Community badges
Community badges are visible only to you, calculated with a pseudonymous device identifier and have no monetary or subscription value. Rejected shares lose their points; violations may freeze or disable badges. Hunter of the Month is a badge only, with no prize. Opting out or deleting your account erases points and badge history.
By starting to use the application, you are deemed to have declared that you have read, understood, and accepted all of the above terms.
